The Delta family looks different. The clean, modern lines set Delta apart from others key machines on the market. This style has become a Silca signature. The base casting is made of a special high tech polymer, for the first time used in a key machine, designed to be both strong and light weight.
Main features:
Ergonomic Design. Careful attention was paid to the functions of the various machine parts.
Jaws. All models use the four face jaws as supplied with Silca's world famous Bravo key machine. This means that all keys have a special place in the jaws, which will hold them securely.
Gauges. The key gauges are made of a new high tech material and molded in an arresting red color. They are eye catching so that the operator will not carelessly forget to rotate them. Even if this does happen, it will not harm the cutter.
Cutter. All cylinder key models use a 60 mm high-speed cutter, which will cut brass, nickel silver and even steel keys effortlessly. The carriage chip drawer will catch almost all the material accumulated during the duplicating process, for a cleaner work environment.
Brush. All models are provided with the new technology soft nylon deburring brush. This means that even with repetitive key brushing you will not be subject to those annoying cuts that a steel brush might make.
Motor. The motors used are heavy-duty type and will not fail even on the deepest cuts in the hardest materials. They may be adapted for mobile use, by means of an inverter.
All Delta key machines cut brass, nickel silver or steel key blanks.
All Delta machines fit under a key tower display.
